NCS cases are manufactured using rotational molding technology (rotomolding), making them extremely durable and protecting the most delicate equipment in the most demanding transportation conditions.

HOW IS YOUR CASE MADE?

The molding process begins by pouring the plastic powder or granules into a metal mold (usually steel or aluminum).

At this stage, metal parts such as: inserts can be placed in the mold to be integrated into the final product.

The mold prepared in this way is placed in an oven, where it is kept at a temperature between 200°C and 250°C and rotated in two axes until the plastic completely melts and sticks evenly to the inside of the mold.

The mold is then removed from the oven and moved to the cooling zone.

It stays there until the part coagulates to form the final element in its raw state.

The final step is to take the part out of the mold and put it through post-production, which means aligning the mold dividing line (the line or ridge that forms at the mold dividing point) and giving the product the shape and properties required by the customer.
