Privacy policy

Pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 letter b and c of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation ) (Journal of Laws EU L. of 2016, No. 119, p. 1). N-CASE Sp. z o. o.  informs that:

1. The administrator of personal data is N-CASE LLC.

The data subject may contact the personal data administrator:

2. The personal data administrator processes personal data in order to present an offer along with the necessary risk assessment parameters, and in the event of concluding a contract/placing an order in order to perform it, considering reported complaints, direct marketing of the personal data administrator's own products and services, legally justified interests personal data administrator and asserting rights under the concluded contract/order.

3. Legal basis for the processing of personal data:

1) in order to prepare the offer, conclude and perform the contract/order, it is necessary to conclude and perform the contract/order;

2) for the purpose of direct marketing of the administrator's own products and services and pursuing claims under the concluded contract, the personal data administrator has a legitimate interest;

3) in order to consider reported complaints, the personal data administrator is subject to legal obligations;

4) if separate consent is granted for purposes other than those indicated above, it will be the legal basis for processing.

4. Personal data may be transferred to: entities processing personal data on behalf of N-CASE LLC. and other data controllers

personal data if they have a legitimate interest. For other entities processing personal data on behalf of N-CASE LLC.  primarily include: IT service providers, entities processing data for the purpose of debt collection.

 

5. Order from N-CASE LLC. will transfer personal data to recipients located in countries outside the European Economic Area, if it turns out to be necessary for the performance of the concluded contract. commissioned by N-CASE LLC. will ensure appropriate security of this data. The data subject may request a copy of the transferred data and an indication of the place where the data is made available. In this matter, please contact the personal data administrator.

 

6. Persons whose personal data are processed by N-CASE LLC have the following rights in connection with the processing:

1) the right to access your personal data;

2) the right to request rectification, deletion or limitation of the processing of their personal data;

3) the right to object to the processing of personal data - to the extent that they are processed for direct marketing purposes, including profiling;

4) the right to transfer personal data, i.e. to receive personal data from the administrator in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and the right to send it to another

administrator;

5) the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for the protection of personal data;

6) the right to withdraw consent, without affecting the legality of actions taken before its withdrawal;

7) in the case of automatic decision-making, the right to question it and express one's own position or request human intervention in order to re-analyze the data and obtain an individual

decision.

7. In order to exercise the rights specified in point 6, please contact the personal data administrator.

 

8. In the event of concluding a contract/order, personal data will be stored until the limitation period for claims under this contract expires or until the obligation to store data resulting from legal provisions expires, in particular the obligation to store accounting documents related to the contract. If no contract has been concluded, if separate consent is granted, personal data will be used for the purposes of marketing the personal data administrator's own products and services, until consent to data processing for this purpose is withdrawn.

 

9. Providing personal data is necessary to conclude and perform the contract/order. Failure to provide personal data will result in the inability to conclude a contract/order. If separate consent is granted to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes, providing it is voluntary.
